Founder Special refund policy
Scope and expectations are set before migration work begins. This policy explains how refund decisions are handled.

Before work begins
•If the project is determined to be outside fit before migration work starts, we will discuss the best resolution case by case.
•If the $19 activation is collected before migration planning begins and the project is declined, refund handling follows the terms provided at checkout.
After work begins
•Once planning, migration, or implementation work has started, Founder Special payments are generally non-refundable.
•If a delivery issue occurs, we first work in good faith to correct the issue within the agreed scope.
Scope changes
•Requests that materially change scope do not create an automatic refund right.
•Work outside the initial migration scope may require a separate estimate or agreement.
